Giancarlo, born in 1984, joined SWIX Family Office in May 2021. After graduating in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, he started a career in corporate finance, consolidating a long experience in M&A buy side and sell side projects, Corporate Finance and Corporate Development. During his professional career, Giancarlo has worked with both consulting firms and companies such as E.On Italia and the Indonesian group Sinarmass, covering various sectors including traditional energy, renewables and oleochemicals. Since 2015, he has been in charge of supervising and managing the strategic projects of the Swiss pharmaceutical group Sintetica and is a member of its board of directors since July 2019.
